Milling oak felled to make a clearing for a spectacular view. I believe these posts were used in the construction of a gazabo.
Interesting fact: Oak is so porous that smoke can be blown through a dried 2" block. For
those of us stupid enough to smoke we have a sure fired winning bar bet (if you can still smoke in the bars)
